Job summary

Graphic Packaging International is seeking entry-level Inspectors to join our team in Marion, OH. Start pay is $20.21 per hour with the opportunity to advance to $22.21 per hour and a $1.50 night shift differential.

We provide on-the-job training, excellent benefits starting the first month, and pathways to skilled operator roles. Join a fast-paced, team-focused environment and help ensure product quality from day one.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect cartons and pack them into a box or bag.
• Notify the operator/Supervisor of non-conforming products.
• Assist with daily cleaning and organization of the workstation.

ENTRY LEVEL INSPECTORS

Wages

Start at $20.21/hr with the opportunity to go up to $22.21/hr

EXTRA $1.50/hour for NIGHT SHIFT

• Starting Wages Begin At $20.21/Hour With Regular Wage Progressions Every 6 Months Up To $22.21/hr

General Inspector-Packer Responsibilities

• Arrive at the machine before shift start.
• Inspect cartons and pack them into a box or bag.
• Notify the operator/Supervisor of non-conforming products.
• One of the general inspectors should move to the outfeed of the machine when the machine goes down to prepare for start-up.
• Reclaim should be worked on by one of the general inspectors each every machine goes down (even just a couple of bags make a difference).
• Help with daily cleaning (sweeping, mopping, and organizing).
• Pick up bags from the floor and put them in the proper place.
• Check for excess glue.
• Inspect and package material
