Eagle Fire Inc. in Charlotte, NC is hiring an Inspections Compliance and Contracts Administrator. The role supports the Inspections Department by submitting inspection and service reports to AHJ portals, maintaining customer and AHJ data, and aiding with contract entry and billing.

The position requires five+ years of office experience, strong English communication, Salesforce familiarity, and sharp attention to detail. On-site role with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced education preferred.
• Five or more years of office or management experience or equivalent.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Review inspection reports and submit to third-party AHJ portals.
• Maintain customer and AHJ information in systems.
• Update contract data and assist with inspections billing.
• Support inspections team and new acquisitions with project work.
• Review approvals in Salesforce and ensure contract data accuracy.
• Promote the company’s reputation through professional conduct.
• Complete continuing education to maintain certifications and licenses.
