ECS Group of Companies is seeking an experienced Building Inspector in North Carolina to perform third party electrical, mechanical, architectural, structural, plumbing, and fire safety inspections. You will manage project inspections and support code compliance with state and local regulations.

Responsibilities include reviewing plans, mentoring junior inspectors, and assisting with P&L and client development while ensuring project budgets and performance align with ECS standards.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in code compliance inspection of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems and/or plan review preferred.
• Proven knowledge of state and local building code regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to obtain NC Code Officials Qualification Board Building Inspector, Level I within 90 days of hire.

Mansioni

• Perform third party electrical, mechanical, architectural, structural, plumbing, and fire safety building inspections
• Prepare and submit daily time and Inspection/Field Reports in accordance with ECS Policy
• Mentor and train other building inspectors and assist with management of P&L, client interactions, and business development related to code inspections
