Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Vocational cert or Associate degree in electronics, automation, robotics, manufacturing tech, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Experience with machine vision systems or automated inspection preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and adjust vision inspection system parameters to support production quality and process stability.
• Review and maintain vision inspection recipes and product specifications to ensure inspection accuracy.
• Conduct image quality verification and system calibration checks.
• Perform preventive maintenance on inspection equipment and components.
• Troubleshoot vision system errors and PLC communication issues.
• Record maintenance activities and inspection performance data.
