Job summary

Frontier Airlines is seeking a Maintenance Inspector supervisor to oversee inspection tasks, ensuring airworthiness and proper documentation across the fleet. The role requires strong leadership, NDT qualifications, and hands-on maintenance experience.

You will coordinate with maintenance teams, train staff, and ensure compliance with FAA regulations while upholding Frontier’s safety and efficiency standards. This position is based in a maintenance hangar environment.

Qualifications

• Current mechanic certificate with airframe and powerplant ratings.
• 3+ years maintenance experience on large airplanes with 10+ passenger seats.
• 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Fleet qualification on Frontier aircraft is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to inspectors and receiving inspectors.
• Coordinate with maintenance, shops and stores to ensure timely inspection tasks.
• Audit and monitor aircraft maintenance to ensure airworthiness.
• Maintain and review aircraft records; assist with training.
• Oversee NDT training and reporting responsibilities.
