Job summary

Frontier Airlines, Inc. is seeking an experienced Inspector to supervise maintenance inspection activities and oversee Required Inspection Items (RII). The role requires an A&P certificate with fleet qualifications, and strong knowledge of FAA regulations and aircraft systems.

You will lead inspectors, coordinate with maintenance teams, and ensure airworthiness during RON and line maintenance. Travel and training duties are included as needed.

Qualifications

• Current Mechanic Certificate with airframe and powerplant ratings.
• Minimum 3 years maintenance on large airplanes (10+ seats); 1 year as inspector.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in same aircraft category; Fleet Qualified.
• US Passport or ability to obtain within 3 months.
• Excellent knowledge of transport category aircraft systems and FAA regs.
• Ability to lead and motivate inspectors; good communication.
• Strong computer and administrative skills.
• Ability to plan and manage workloads and meet safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and guidance to inspectors.
• Coordinate with maintenance, shops and stores to ensure timely tasks.
• Audit aircraft maintenance and inspections for airworthiness.
• Maintain training records and qualifications.
• Oversee RII training and performance, provide monthly reports.
• Handle shift turnovers and ensure tool accountability.
• Support safety and housekeeping in the Inspection department.
