Job summary
Digital Dynamics Inc. is seeking a hands-on Inspection Supervisor to lead an inspection team responsible for receiving and final inspection. The role ensures components meet requirements before entering finished goods inventory, coordinating with Quality, Production Planning, and Procurement.
The supervisor will develop work instructions, establish inspection priorities to support production schedules, and track KPIs such as backlog and throughput while driving continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in quality inspection in electronics/precision manufacturing.
- 2+ years supervisory experience coordinating priorities and workloads.
- Ability to interpret drawings, specs, and inspection criteria; GD&T familiarity preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supervise inspection personnel and assign work across receiving and final inspection.
- Oversee incoming parts inspection against drawings and PO requirements.
- Oversee final product inspection before release to finished goods inventory.
- Define and monitor inspection KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with Quality, Procurement, Production Planning and Operations to address defects and nonconformances.
