Digital Dynamics Inc. in Scotts Valley, CA is seeking a hands-on Inspection Supervisor to lead the receiving and final inspection team.

You will verify components and assemblies, ensure compliance with requirements, and collaborate with Quality, Production Planning, Procurement, and Manufacturing to sustain production flow and product integrity. Requirements include 5+ years in quality inspection and 2+ years in a supervisory role, with GD&T familiarity and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in electronics/precision manufacturing inspection.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or team-lead role.
• Ability to read drawings and inspection criteria; GD&T preferred.
• Experience defining KPIs and improving inspection workflows.
• Hands-on with common measurement equipment and records.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inspection personnel across receiving and final inspection.
• Oversee incoming and final inspections against drawings, specs, and procedures.
• Apply sampling plans, inspection methods, and traceability requirements.
• Work with Quality, Production Planning, Procurement, and Manufacturing to improve processes.
• Develop work instructions reflecting inspection activities and responsibilities.
• Set and communicate inspection priorities to support production schedules.
• Define and report KPIs such as backlog, turnaround time, and defect trends.
• Identify defect trends and coordinate containment and corrective actions.
