Job summary

MAC.BID is seeking an Inspection-Feed Associate in Anderson, SC to inspect and categorize returns and overstock products, and prepare items for scanning. This on-site role requires standing and lifting, with shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

You will assist the Scan Team and perform additional duties as needed. Responsibilities include inspecting for defects, classifying items as Like New/Open Box/Damaged, testing electronics at a basic level, and moving products to the

• Availability to work on-site Monday through Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM, 8-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch break
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with a team lift
• Must be able to stand and walk for hours at a time
• Must be tech-savvy
• Must be able to follow written directions and company policies
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

INSPECTION/FEED ASSOCIATE

JOB TYPE AND CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time Hourly Non-Exempt

JOB OVERVIEW:

MAC.BID buys truckloads of customer returns and overstock products, then sells these items individually to the public through online auctions. The inspection/feed associate prepares and positions the product for the Scan Team. This position reports to the Scan or Big Box Scan Team Lead.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Inspect inbound products for obvious defects
• Categorize each product as Like New, Open Box, or Damaged
• Test electronics at a basic level to assess general condition
• Move products to the conveyor for the scanners to process
