Job summary

Senior Metal Bellows, located in Sharon, MA, is seeking an organized professional to support the Inspection Department. You will maintain records, organize tooling, and ensure documentation flows smoothly across departments, including Buyers and Engineering.

The role emphasizes precise record-keeping, attention to detail, and teamwork in a manufacturing setting. A strong candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and contributes to continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Keep Inspection organized and efficient within the department.
• Own the paperwork flow by scanning, organizing, filing, and maintaining inspection records.
• Bring order to Receiving Inspection by maintaining shelves and staging areas.
• Keep documentation moving by gathering certifications, PO information, and specifications.
• Connect the right people by routing documentation to Buyers, Engineering, Quality, or other departments.
• Keep tools where they belong by maintaining inspection tooling and calibration equipment.
• Support calibration by locating gages recalled for calibration and delivering them to the coordinator.
• Maintain an inspection-ready workspace and replenish supplies as needed.
• Work across the business by communicating with multiple teams to resolve issues.
• Look for better ways to work by participating in 5S and continuous improvement.
