Job summary

Senior Metal Bellows in Sharon, MA is seeking a detail-oriented administrative professional to support the Inspection Department. You will organize inspection records, manage the paperwork flow, and maintain receiving inspection areas to ensure traceability and efficiency.

Responsibilities include coordinating across Buyers, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain, maintaining tooling and calibration processes, and contributing to 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay on top of follow-up items, and adjust as priorities change.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Comfort learning ERP systems and other electronic business and document-management systems.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with multiple departments.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Keep Inspection organized - maintain an orderly Inspection Department.
• Own the paperwork flow - scan, organize, file, and maintain inspection records.
• Bring order to Receiving Inspection - shelves and staging areas.
• Keep documentation moving - gather certifications, PO information, specs, and records.
• Connect the right people - route paperwork to Buyers, Engineering, Quality, or other departments.
• Keep tools where they belong - maintain inspection tooling and equipment.
• Support calibration - locate gages recalled for calibration and deliver to calibration coordinator.
• Maintain an inspection-ready workspace - organize supplies and keep area clean.
• Work across the business - communicate with multiple teams to resolve documentation and material issues.
• Look for better ways to work - participate in 5S and continuous improvement.
