Sharyland Water Supply Corporation in Alton, TX is seeking a Customer Service Inspection Clerk to support inspections and backflow programs, maintain accurate records that protect water quality and compliance. This entry-level role offers on-the-job training and opportunities to learn from a supportive team.

You’ll handle calls, schedule appointments, file records, and assist with audits, all while working on-site in Alton, Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls related to inspections and backflow assemblies.
• Answer questions clearly and share information customers need.
• Schedule Customer Service Inspector appointments and coordinate follow-ups.
• Maintain organized department files and records to meet TCEQ compliance.
• Prepare required inspection/backflow mailings and assist with account actions.
