Job summary

Our client, a global law firm, seeks associates to join its Insolvency & Restructuring practice at its NYC midtown office in a hybrid setting. The position requires 2–4 years of restructuring experience representing debtors, committees, creditors, and other stakeholders in Chapter 11 and out-of-court restructurings, including cross-border matters.

Ideal candidates have JD from an accredited law school, admission to the NY Bar in good standing, and a record of academic and professional

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of restructuring experience representing debtors, committees, creditors in Chapter 11 and out-of-court restructurings.
• Deposition and trial preparation experience is a plus.
• JD from an accredited law school; NY Bar admission in good standing.
• Must have attended a top 50 law school and worked at an AmLaw 200 firm.

Responsibilities

• Join the Insolvency & Restructuring practice in the NYC hybrid setting.
