The ideal candidate will have experience with creditors’ rights, commercial bankruptcy, workouts, receiverships, judicial and equitable foreclosures, and restructurings. In addition, experience with all aspects of litigation, including pre-judgment relief and post-judgment collections, is strongly preferred. Pursuant to applicable state laws, the compensation range for this position in Colorado and Illinois only is $225,000 to $275,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Associates are eligible for an Associate Performance Bonus and Client Development B
