Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking an Insolvency Associate with a minimum of four years of experience for our Chicago office. The ideal candidate will have experience with creditors’ rights, commercial bankruptcy, workouts, receiverships, and restructurings, and will work primarily with attorneys in our Financial Services & Capital Markets group.

In-person hearings and related travel are expected. Candidates should have an active bar license in the applicable state or be committed to obtaining one

Qualifications

• Requires bar admission in the state of the office or plan to obtain.
• Minimum four years of insolvency/creditors' rights experience.
• Experience with commercial bankruptcy, workouts, receiverships, and restructurings.

Responsibilities

• Attend hearings and trials as required.
• Collaborate with the Financial Services & Capital Markets team.
• Handle multiple complex matters with tight deadlines.
