Job summary
THE TEAM is a global sports, entertainment, and lifestyle-marketing agency seeking an Associate Manager in Performance & Insights to drive strategic plans across brand and property clients. You’ll analyze sponsorship data, craft compelling insights, and support client deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
Three days in the nearest THE TEAM office are required. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, plus experience with syndicated research tools, will help you deliver high-impact
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 1-2 years experience in corporate sponsorship/marketing.
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills essential.
- Familiarity with syndicated research tools (e.g., Scarborough, GWI) preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day management of multiple brand and property clients under supervision.
- Research and synthesize information; develop influential storylines and presentations.
- Monitor sponsorship trends and translate data into insights and strategic recommendations.
- Utilize tools to value brand exposure across sponsorship assets.
- Analyze sponsorship performance and report insights to clients.
- Learn and apply sponsorship valuation models to inform ROI.
