THE TEAM in the United States is seeking a Manager, Performance & Insights to help drive measurement, insights and strategic plans for one of our global brand clients in sports and entertainment partnerships.
You will translate data into actionable recommendations, support project management, and craft presentations that inform ROI and client storytelling while mentoring junior teammates.
Competenze
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 2-4 years work experience.
- Experience in sport, entertainment, or sponsorship is a plus.
- Ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data into insights and stories.
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills are required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Mansioni
- Assist in day-to-day measurement of performance, insights, and strategy for a brand client.
- Support project management, milestones, and timely progress reporting.
- Monitor media trends in sports/entertainment to keep team and clients informed.
- Research and synthesize data, build strategic plans and market landscape reports.
- Learn and use proprietary sponsorship models to inform ROI and insights.
- Draft custom surveys and analyze data for brand health and sponsorship effectiveness.
- Leverage social listening to shape brand/partnership strategy.
- Analyze branded exposures and value through multiple content sources.
- Develop storytelling and reporting tools; guide interns on assignments.
