THE•TEAM is a global sports, entertainment, and lifestyle-marketing agency seeking an Associate Manager, Performance & Insights. You will support brand and property clients, conduct analyses, and craft strategic narratives. The role requires comfort with fast-paced environments and strong MS PowerPoint and Excel skills.

You will work across offices including Brooklyn, Raleigh and Chicago, engaging with clients to translate data trends into actionable recommendations and compelling presentations.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2 years of experience in corporate sponsorship/marketing.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel within Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint heavy role.

Mansioni

• Support day-to-day management of multiple brand and property clients under supervision.
• Research and synthesize information, develop strategic plans and presentations.
• Monitor sponsorship trends and translate data into actionable insights.
• Analyze sponsorship performance and prepare client reports.
• Assist in designing client deliverables and reporting tools.
• Collaborate to create compelling PowerPoint decks and client narratives.
