Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Three years of professional experience, including at least one year in data analytics or BI.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards and visualizations using Power BI.
• Experience with DAX and Power Query.
• Working knowledge of SQL for querying and analyzing data.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience presenting findings and recommendations to business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify patterns, trends and opportunities.
• Derive meaningful insights and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for sales and business stakeholders.
• Develop KPI reporting to help leaders measure performance.
• Support initiatives focused on sales performance, profitability, customer engagement, pipeline management, and account optimization.
• Deliver recurring reporting and ad hoc analyses to answer evolving business questions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand challenges and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
