Ingram Micro Inc., a leading technology company, is seeking a Data Insights Analyst to transform data into meaningful insights for our Sales Excellence organization. You will analyze diverse data sources, build Power BI dashboards, and deliver KPI reporting to drive data‑driven decisions.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field, 3+ years in data analytics, and hands‑on SQL, DAX, and Power BI experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
3+ years of experience including data analytics, BI, or finance analytics.
Hands-on experience building dashboards with Power BI.
Experience with DAX and Power Query.
Working knowledge of SQL for querying data.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience presenting findings to business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify patterns and opportunities.
Derive insights and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for sales and business units.
Develop KPI reporting to help leaders measure performance.
Support initiatives on sales performance, profitability, engagement, and pipeline.
Deliver recurring reporting and ad hoc analyses for evolving questions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business challenges with data-driven insights.
Translate complex data into clear insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
