Job summary

INX International is seeking a data analytics professional to support enterprise reporting across commercial and operational functions. You will develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards, consolidate reporting into standardized solutions, and handle ad hoc requests with guidance from the Lead Analyst.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 1-2 years related experience or training.
• Proficiency in Excel and foundational knowledge of Power BI and SQL.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in SAP and Power BI.
• Plus: Microsoft Fabric, Python, Power Query, DAX; exposure to supply chain, inventory, product management, and sales reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards across commercial and operational functions.
• Consolidate redundant reporting into standardized, reusable solutions.
• Fulfill ad hoc reporting requests and implement approved enhancements to existing solutions.
• Data Preparation & Quality: Prepare data from CDS, non-CDS, and supplemental sources for reporting and analysis.
• Data validation, troubleshoot reporting issues, and investigate discrepancies.
• Document data sources, transformations, and business rules for the solutions you build.
• Automate manual and recurring reporting processes using company-approved tools.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve existing reporting.
• Build foundational skills in data modeling, automation, and analytics engineering with guidance from the Lead Analyst.
