Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals seeks an Analytics & Insights Manager to join its Enterprise Analytics team in Fort Mill, SC. The role starts as a hands-on IC delivering operational reporting on fleet and performance, with a clear path to leadership as the team grows.

Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Analytics, you will transform data into decisions, define KPIs, and drive data-driven storytelling across stakeholders, leveraging Databricks and Power BI. A strong methodical mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Required 5–8+ years in analytics, BI, or insights roles.
• Proven track record delivering analysis that drives business outcomes.
• Experience in operational environments (fleet, logistics, supply chain) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of operational reporting and analysis focused on fleet and operations.
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for decisions.
• Identify trends, inefficiencies, opportunities and recommend actions.
• Influence outcomes through data-driven storytelling and KPI-driven reporting.
• Partner with operations and cross-functional leaders to drive adoption of analytics.
