Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals seeks an Analytics Manager to serve as a strategic business partner to Finance and other key leaders. This role leads end-to-end analytics initiatives, translating business needs into actionable insights, defining delivery frameworks, and ensuring outcomes deliver measurable business impact.

The position operates at the intersection of business, analytics, engineering, and governance, ensuring alignment across teams and delivering scalable, trusted analytics solutions.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or finance analytics.
• Experience partnering directly with Finance teams (FP&A, Accounting, or Operations Finance).
• Strong ability to translate business needs into analytics solutions.
• Experience with enterprise reporting tools (Power BI strongly preferred).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary analytics partner to Finance leadership and other leaders.
• Lead discovery, prioritization, and execution of analytics initiatives aligned to business outcomes.
• Translate business requirements into structured problem statements, success metrics, and delivery plans.
• Drive ownership of analytics use cases from intake through delivery and adoption.
• Define analytics delivery frameworks and ensure alignment with KPIs and financial performance drivers.
• Modernize reporting (Power BI / enterprise tools) and enable self-service.
