Qualifications

• 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
• 5+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau
• Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
• Experience with SQL
• Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Responsibilities

• Drive development, implementation, and scaling of standardized processes, policies, and best practices across the organization
• Provide expertise to align the standardization program with evolving policies and coordinate rollouts
• Develop scalable strategies to roll out standardized processes across the network, addressing roadblocks and optimizing the approach using data insights
• Interacting with Databases and Datasets to interpret data to conduct root cause analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of standardized processes and policies
• Create and utilize various reporting mechanisms to partition data into easily digestible visuals for downstream customers
