System One is seeking an experienced Reports & Information Manager to support a large-scale construction program focused on data center and mission-critical infrastructure. You will bring structure to project data, consolidate information from multiple sources into actionable reporting for project teams and senior leadership.

The role emphasizes understanding the data behind the numbers, challenging inconsistencies, identifying trends and delivering insights to help leadership make informed

Qualifications

• Experience consolidating data from multiple sources into reports.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with reporting tools.
• Ability to ensure data accuracy and quality control.
• Experience with large-scale construction or capital projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to senior leadership.

Responsabilités

• Gather data from project controls, schedules, cost reports and field teams.
• Develop reports highlighting trends, risks and actions.
• Maintain data integrity and quality control.
• Develop dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to close data gaps and ensure on-time delivery.
• Present findings to management and contractors.
• Collaborate across Construction, Engineering, Procurement, Finance and IT.
