Job summary

Linktree is seeking a Content & Audience Insights Manager in the United States (LA area) to turn audience signals, content performance, and proprietary data into sharper content ideas and business narratives. You will own the measurement and learning system behind Linktree’s content program and partner with Data Science to define dashboards and data pulls.

You’ll own questions, interpretation, and communication of findings, not the underlying data infrastructure, and you’ll work with Social,

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in audience insights, content measurement, marketing analytics, social intelligence, or research.
• Experience building measurement frameworks, research plans, or audience-insight programs.
• Experience partnering with Data Science or Analytics to define questions and request analysis.
• Experience creating dashboards and reports, and reading and interpreting social data and audience insights.
• Strong ability to separate signal from noise and explain next steps and actions.
• Strong editorial judgment and the ability to turn findings into a concise story.
• Experience evaluating performance across multiple channels, audiences, or campaigns.
• Strong writing and synthesis skills to present concise recommendations.
• Ability to work across teams and translate business goals into content recommendations.
• Strong curiosity and judgment about meaningful findings, actionable and evidence-supported.

Responsibilities

• Own the measurement framework and recurring insights cadence for Linktree’s content program.
• Turn complex findings into clear internal recommendations and external stories.
• Partner with channel owners to design pilots, define hypotheses, audience, success measures, and analysis plan.
• Combine audience research, social listening, search behavior, and competitive signals to identify shifts.
• Work closely with Social & Content, Comms, PMM, Growth, Creative, Creator Partnerships, and data partners.
