Job summary

Spiralyze, a founder-led media brand, seeks a content producer to own editorial strategy across LinkedIn and YouTube. Hybrid role in Midtown Atlanta with remote options. You’ll turn proprietary data into compelling content, lead a small creative team, and collaborate directly with the Founder to publish high‑impact posts and scripts.

You’ll write or ghostwrite 4–5 LinkedIn posts weekly and script 1–2 YouTube videos, crafting hooks, formats, and a consistent editorial voice across platforms.

Qualifications

• Exceptional writer with ability to build hooks and storylines from data.
• Strategic thinker who plans reusable formats across platforms.
• Data‑comfortable and able to translate insights into content.

Responsibilities

• Editorial Strategy & Content Planning for LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Founder Content Extraction from biweekly sessions and turning insights into posts and video scripts.
• Writing & Ghostwriting 4–5 LinkedIn posts per week and 1–2 YouTube scripts.
• Creative Team Management of in‑house videographer, designer, and overseas editors.
• Performance tracking and iteration using engagement data and growth metrics.
