Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, security management, intelligence studies, cybersecurity, information systems, or a related field.
• 4+ years’ experience supporting Personnel Security, Counter-Insider Threat, counterintelligence, or related DoD/federal security program.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Ability to analyze large volumes of personnel, security, and user activity data to identify trends, anomalies, and risk indicators.

Responsibilities

• Conduct well-documented, proactive risk assessments to identify insider threats and deliver findings to the Insider Threat Program Manager.
• Synthesize data from DCMA sources into a coherent risk picture and develop mitigation strategies.
• Document all daily triage operations in designated systems while protecting privacy and civil liberties.
• Provide surge support for User Activity Monitoring (UAM) and telemetry analysis as required.
• Update and maintain records in DISS and EPSF and assist with policy revisions and training programs.
