Job summary

General Dynamics IT in Arlington, Virginia, seeks a Security Specialist – Insider Threat (Senior) to lead CIT program operations for the F-35 JPO. You will implement DoD insider threat requirements, conduct behavioral analysis, and manage referrals to LE/CI while developing training for personnel and coordinating with the NITTF.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent with 10+ years in insider threat or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of DoD Instruction 5205.16 and related standards.
• Experience with CIT case management systems and behavioral analysis.
• Top Secret/SAR/SCI clearance required

Responsibilities

• Implement and administer the F-35 JPO Counter Insider Threat program per DoD directives.
• Conduct behavioral analysis and identify insider threat indicators for threat awareness.
• Maintain CIT case management records and coordinate referrals to LE/CI as needed.
• Develop CIT awareness training for government and contractor personnel.
• Support SCRM activities related to insider threat detection and personnel reliability.
• Coordinate with NITTF and DoD CIT Hub per national standards.
• Assist with PAR adjudication reviews related to insider threat indicators
