Job summary

AMSG is seeking a Security Program Support Specialist-Counter Insider Threat to support the DCMA at DCMA Headquarters, with a focus on the Counter-Insider Threat Program. You will conduct insider threat assessments, maintain sensitive records in DISS/EPSF, and prepare documentation for Government Security Specialist decisions.

UAM surge support and telemetry analysis are included. Qualifications include a Bachelor's in a related field, 4+ years of DoD/federal security experience, and an Active

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, security management, intelligence studies, cybersecurity, information systems, or related field.
• 4+ years’ experience supporting Personnel Security, Counter-Insider Threat, counterintelligence, or related DoD/federal security program.
• Active Secret clearance.
• US citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive risk assessments for insider threats and report to the Insider Threat Program Manager.
• Synthesize data from DCMA sources into a coherent risk picture.
• Develop mitigation strategies to harden defenses against insider threats.
• Document daily triage operations in designated systems with privacy controls.
• Provide surge support for UAM and telemetry analysis as required.
• Update and maintain DISS and EPSF records.
• Prepare documents and database entries for Government Security Specialist decisions.
• Coordinate foreign travel briefs and ISOPREP, travel for OCONUS visits.
• Support security policies, SOPs, and training programs.
