This role involves troubleshooting equipment issues, assisting end users, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate has experience in appliance repair or HVAC and strong communication skills. This position offers a hybrid work schedule and benefits including profit-sharing and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience in electric/gas appliance repair, refrigeration, or HVAC (or relevant training/schooling).
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using a computer and navigating programs such as MS Word & Outlook.
• Passion for troubleshooting and finding innovative solutions to difficult problems.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, communicating equipment information and troubleshooting solutions.
• Utilize equipment manuals, wiring diagrams, and parts listings to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
• Maintain all customer call information in a company database.
