Job summary

ABC Supply, the nation’s leading wholesale distributor, seeks Inside Sales / Windows Specialists to help customers select products for roofing, remodeling, and building projects. You will determine needs, quote windows, and coordinate orders with the warehouse while delivering world-class service.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in window sales/installation, strong communication, and the ability to read blueprints and perform takeoffs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in window sales and/or installation.
• Familiarity with quoting windows.
• Experience with reading blueprints and conducting takeoffs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills.
• Detail- and service-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Determine customers’ needs and recommend appropriate window products and solutions.
• Follow a product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and upsell additional products and supplies.
• Answer telephones and enter sales orders.
• Accept payments and apply to the customer account.
• Coordinate customer pickups with the warehouse.
• Follow up on deliveries to ensure on-time arrival with all items.
• Reorder products to keep shelves stocked and ready.
• Address and resolve service concerns as they arise.
