POOLCORP in Jupiter, FL is hiring an Inside Sales Associate / Warehouse Associate. The role involves assisting walk-in and phone customers, processing orders, and coordinating delivery and pickup in a fast-paced environment.

You will build relationships with customers, handle inquiries, and ensure accurate data entry for invoices. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year in related sales, with opportunities for benefits and growth.

Formación

• 1+ years related inside sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer-service attitude.
• Good computer skills including MS Office programs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment dealing with inventory, product allocations and customer issues.

Responsabilidades

• Establishes relationships with customers by assisting walk-in and phone customers, representing the company in a professional manner.
• Processes, pulls and distributes customer products quickly and efficiently.
• Handles questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Accurately performs data entry of sales orders to generate an invoice of products ordered to be picked up or delivered.
• Evaluates and determines disposition of warranty items handled at the counter, per policy.
• Assists in receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties.
• Operates a forklift safely and maintains certification.
