Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service skills. Previous sales experience is helpful.
• Be reliable; attendance is important.
• Must have computer experience and knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Must be conscientious about your work and willing to be involved with manufacturing and production processes.
• Must have good verbal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Field customer service calls and assist with veneer orders
• Enter sample requests and manage order data; contact targeted customers in cabinet, furniture, and panel industries
• Check product availability and provide accurate information using internal data systems
• Work independently and collaborate with a dedicated team
