Job summary

The Freeman Corporation seeks a sales person to join our Winchester plant to coordinate veneer sales, develop leads, prepare orders, and maintain customer relationships. You will work closely with company owners and sales executives, traveling to visit clients and attend trade shows as needed.

Ideal candidates are self-starters with strong communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills. A Bachelor’s or Associate degree is preferred but not required; comfort working on your feet in a factory

• Strong negotiating and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or Associate degree preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate veneer sales, develop customer leads, and maintain relationships.
• Prepare orders, manage inventories, and assist in order fulfillment.
• Negotiate sales of hardwood veneer with customers.
• Visit clients across North America, with potential international travel and trade shows.
