The position emphasizes knowledge of HVAC/mechanical product lines, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Base pay ranges from $52,000 to $75,000, depending on experience, with full-time on-site work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field preferred but not required.
• Proficient in Windows environment and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, TEAMS).
• Collaborative attitude; able to work in a team-based environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, coordination, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Develop a general working knowledge of Chesapeake Systems, products, services, and solutions.
• Learn and use factory selection software to select prices and equipment for each application.
• Assist outside sales with technical submittal documents from drawings, specs, and equipment selections.
• Coordinate with customers and manufacturers on delivery, installation, start-up, and warranty issues.
• Learn and apply internal processes to maximize customer satisfaction and productivity.
