Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, customer service, or purchasing.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; comfortable with a sales-driven role.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
• Experience with NetSuite preferred, not required.
• Background in building materials, millwork, hardware distribution, or construction supply preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, quotes, and order status.
• Proactively follow up on leads and quotes to convert them to sales.
• Grow and maintain existing contractor/builder accounts.
• Support purchasing tasks: vendor communication, PO follow-up, and inventory coordination.
• Track and communicate delivery timelines to customers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with warehouse, delivery, and accounting teams.
• Maintain accurate records in our ERP system (NetSuite).
