Mutual Materials is seeking an Inside Sales Support Specialist to back our customer care operations, house accounts sales, and outside sales team from our Portland, OR branch. This full-time, onsite role focuses on customer service, order coordination, pricing, availability, and timely fulfillment while maintaining strong relationships with contractors, dealers, and customers.

You’ll work closely with Outside Sales Representatives, branch operations, dispatch, and logistics to keep orders moving

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, retail, hospitality, or sales support preferred.

This is a full-time, onsite position Monday through Friday. The role focuses on customer support, order coordination, House Accounts sales, inside sales assistance for customers, contractors, dealers, and the outside sales team. Daily responsibilities include assisting customers with product information, pricing, availability, order placement, delivery coordination, and order status updates while helping ensure a responsive and professional customer experience.This position works closely with Outside Sales Representatives, branch operations, dispatch, and customers to support daily business activity and help maintain strong customer relationships. While the role is primarily office-based and customer support focused, team members may also assist walk-in customers and support general branch operations as needed.We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates professionally, stays organized, and takes initiative. Experience in customer service, inside sales, retail, hospitality, construction materials, or sales support is preferred.
