Job summary

Mutual Materials in Spokane, WA is seeking an entry-level Production Worker to join the production team. You will help ensure high-quality products are produced, packaged, and prepared for inventory.

The role is physically demanding, requiring lifting up to 90 lbs, standing for long periods, and strict adherence to safety standards. Shifts are Monday through Thursday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Must be detail-, safety-, and quality-oriented; careful attention to detail is required.
• Understand units of measure and be able to perform general mathematical calculations.
• Physical capacity to lift up to 90 lbs repeatedly and perform bending/twisting.
• Willing to work overtime and adapt to varying shifts.
• Prior forklift experience or certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and packaging products onto pallets.
• Wrap and stage palletized products for inventory.

Position Summary

Positions are available across multiple shifts, Monday through Thursday: 6:30AM to 5PM

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications

• Must be detail, safety, and quality orientated; careful attention to detail is required.
• Understand units of measure and be able to perform general mathematical equations.
• This position requires a lot of bending, twisting, and reaching while standing.
• Must be able to work quickly, while standing, in an extremely fast faced environment.
• Physical capacity to lift up to 90pounds on a regular basis
• Ability to work independently.
• Willing and able to work overtime and handle varying work hours.
• Prior mechanical experience or being mechanically inclined (i.e. capable of recognizing machine issues and irregularities) is preferred.
• Previous forklift experience/ certification is a plus.
