Position Responsibilities:

• Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints
• Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers’ problems
• Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
• Responsible for maintaining relationships with customers, manufacturers, and outside sales people as directed
• Responsible for all aspects of order entry
• Provides proactive shipping information to customers
• Works to solve customer problems under direction of manager
• Responsible for all aspects of customer service as directed
• Other duties as assigned by manager
• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years of experience in the field or in related area.
• Must have problem solving ability
• Must have excellent math skills
• Understanding new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making
