Job Title: Inside Sales Support Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Inside Sales Support Coordinator to support our client This vital role bridges the gap between our customers and internal operations, ensuring seamless communication, accurate data entry, and prompt order processing through our ERP system. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for organization, problem-solving, and delivering excellent customer service, we want to hear from you! This is a direct hire role paying $60-70k. The hours are 8am-5pm Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for sales inquiries, customer requests, and order-related communications.
  • Enter and maintain accurate sales orders, pricing, and customer information within the ERP system.
  • Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates or delays to internal teams and customers.
  • Coordinate with sales, production, logistics, and finance to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Assist with generating quotes, processing returns, and handling changes to existing orders.
  • Support the sales team with reporting, data analysis, and documentation as needed.
  • Uphold service standards by resolving issues quickly and professionally.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role (manufacturing preferred).
  • Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar).
  • Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus.
