Piper Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Hybrid Inside Sales Representative to join a stable and reliable company located in Frederick, MD.
Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Rep:
- Efficiently and effectively handle a blend of inbound calls and outbound leads generated through in-house digital marketing strategies and tactics with the goal of selling term life insurance to consumers in a tele-sales center environment.
- Ability to achieve key performance indicators(Calls, Emails, Talk Time) through structured daily activities schedule.
- Maintain accurate client records utilizing Salesforce and other agency management systems. Able to multi-task between record keeping system and applications needed for submittal of potential insured.
- Deliver results defined against measurable ROI through strategic innovation, performance reporting and human capital deployment.
Qualifications of the Inside Sales Rep:
- 1-3 years of customer service experience/experience in contact center sales preferred
- Experience defining, designing, and recommending products and services to consumers
- Proven track record of successful sales achievement and prescribed sales targets
- Experience working independently and within a dynamic sales team to achieve collective sales targets
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- State of Maryland Life & Health Insurance license preferred
Compensation of the Inside Sales Rep:
- Salary range: $40,000 + Commission
- Comprehensive Benefits Package: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k matching, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, paid holidays
