• Keep internal systems up-to-date with quote and order information.
• Provide required support for the Sales team.
• Finalize quotes with senior leadership approval.
• Review and update quotes as needed.
• Release quotes using automated quoting software.
• Enter customer POs into all relevant systems.

Summary

The Sales Support Technician will be expected to carry out the following duties:

• Collecting quote information, providing updates, and liaising with the Sales and Sales Support teams to resolve customer queries
• Engaging and collecting information from all relevant parties to build out quotes
• Data entry and data analysis for assigned quotes
• Ensuring all relevant internal systems are kept up-to-date
• Providing required support for the Sales team
• Finalize quotes with senior leadership
• Reviewing and updating quotes as needed
• Releasing quotes using automated quoting software
• Entering orders from customer POs into all relevant systems
