Core & Main in the United States is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to facilitate the sales process, manage quotes, and support outbound and inbound customer interactions across accounts.

You will handle pricing, inventory coordination, order tracking, and ensure timely shipment, while collaborating with outside sales and warehouse teams. The role emphasizes customer service, problem solving, and growth opportunities through our training and development programs.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience selling in an inside sales environment.
• Experience with inventory sales / order systems.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Strong computer skills desired.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the sales process through project management and order tracking.
• Prospects for new sales opportunities via outbound calls and emails.
• Provides pricing using pricing matrices and maintains target margins.
• Procures and maintains inventory and ensures timely shipment.
• Serves customers at the sales counter and supports outside sales when needed.
• Performs estimating, take-off, and proposal duties as necessary.
