Position Summary:
The Inside Sales Supervisor will oversee and guide a team of Business Development Representatives, focusing on driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role requires a results-oriented leader with a passion for sales and team development.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Representatives. Provide regular coaching, set performance goals, and facilitate professional growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed team targets. Monitor sales activities and adjust tactics to ensure optimal performance.
  • Oversee the generation and qualification of leads, ensuring the team effectively converts prospects into customers. Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies.
  • Ensure the team maintains strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, such as call activity, conversion rates, and revenue generation.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management.
  • Identify areas for improvement within the sales process and implement strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with other departments, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience and aligned business objectives.
  • Address any escalated customer issues or internal conflicts within the team, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in inside sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in sales tools and CRM software.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
