Job summary

Wurth Wood Group – Atlanta, GA seeks an Inside Sales Representative to support our customer base and outside sales team. The ISR maintains and grows relationships with existing accounts while serving walk-in and inbound customers at our Norcross, GA location.

Onsite role with standard hours, offering a base hourly pay plus commissions. Total gross pretax compensation is estimated between $55,000 and $65,000 annually, depending on performance and experience.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of Inside Sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills for high-volume customer interaction.
• Proven ability to manage relationships and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and assist an established range of approximately 1,000 active customer accounts.
• Farms ~80% of existing business and 20% new sales within current accounts.
• Staff the sales counter and greet walk-in customers.
• Handle inbound calls, emails, and texts while supporting Outside Sales.
• Collaborate with the branch team to provide product knowledge and order fulfillment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service reflecting our reputation.
