Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support showroom and outside sales teams in customer visits
• Compile lists of prospective customers for sales leads from directories, trade shows, ads, and internet sources
• Demonstrate products using samples and catalogs, emphasizing sellable features
• Quote prices and credit terms and prepare sales contracts
• Responsible for credit and collections regarding sales orders
• Estimate delivery dates based on production and delivery schedules
• Track stock levels
• Enter new customer data and sales data into CRM
• Log customer interactions in CRM
• Investigate and resolve customer delivery issues
• Attend trade shows and networking events as necessary
