Winn-Marion in Centennial, CO seeks an Inside Sales professional to grow relationships with existing clients and support the Outside Sales team. You will handle inquiries, prepare quotations on standard products, and help coordinate product delivery with a focus on customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, solid MS Office skills, and occasional regional travel with a valid driver's license. DOE pay is hourly at $30-$37.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; engineering degree preferred.
• 1-3 years inside sales experience or training.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office and Internet.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Work closely with Sales and Purchasing teams.
• Maintain knowledge of products including sizing and recommendations.
• Demonstrate teamwork with a flexible attitude.
• Provide timely service in order processing, quotations and customer response.
• Answer all calls promptly and maintain client database.
• Communicate changes in orders across departments.
• Emphasize service benefits, discuss terms and prepare sales reports.
