Choice Home Warranty in Edison, NJ is hiring for an Inside Sales Representative to close warm leads and build rapport with customers interested in our home warranty policies. This onsite role offers a fast-paced environment with no cold calling and the chance to earn a six-figure income through commissions.

You will answer incoming calls, develop product knowledge, and upsell policy while maintaining professionalism under pressure.

Formación

• 1+ Years of experience in sales and building rapport.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with clients.
• Ability to close deals and upsell policy.
• Ability to work independently while continuing to focus on goals and meeting deadlines.
• Strong phone presence.

Responsabilidades

• Close warm sales leads from customers inquiring about our home warranty policy.
• Ability to develop a strong rapport with the customer and drive the appropriate conversions.
• Ability to quickly identify customer needs and make appropriate decisions.
