Responsibilities

• Handle customer orders and phone calls; assist outside salesmen; liaison with shipping and back order management.
• Provide timely and accurate information on order status and product knowledge requests.
• Enter sales orders and applicable production data.
• Confirm processing costs and process orders.
• Track and expedit orders as required.
• Dispatch customer orders; locate trucks, ship and track orders.
